How do you support your nervous system during heightened stress? We offer this hour of grounding tools, breathwork, and restorative practice to anti-racist activists, organizers, and community changemakers. There will be opportunity to connect and practice different techniques to add to your toolbelt to sustain your all important work and breath. These are mindfulness skills for survival.
